USFlagstore.com warrants to the direct purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 45 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, we shall, at our discretion, upon receipt and verification of written request by the consumer, replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by improper installation, overloading, accidental misuse, neglect, alteration or modification by the consumer.

Printed hand-held or stick flags are intended for decorative, short-term use and are excluded from warranty terms.
