Free Shipping Option
At U.S. Flag Store, we want your experience to include exceptional customer service and prices that keep patriotism affordable. Our free shipping offer will generally take between 2 to 5 business days for delivery, and is only available in the continental United States. The delivery times are subject to change, however, at our discretion. Factors may include the size and weight of the order. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are excluded from Free Shipping.
All orders are confirmed at the point of sale. An email confirmation is sent within 24 hours of order placement. Our goal is to ship within three business days. If a delay is expected, we notify you. If you need same day, 2nd day or expedited shipping service, please call customer service directly at 1-888-WEB-FLAG (1-888-932-3524) to place your order, otherwise the order will not be entered until the next business day.
For residential addresses, FedEx SmartPost is generally the most economical. For items less than 10 lbs. in the 48 contiguous states, FedEx SmartPost usually delivers in 5-10 business days. While SmartPost is a FedEx service, all packages are ultimately delivered by the USPS. This service saves money, but is not availbale to customers who have addresses that are not serviced by the USPS. This option is available, however, for customers with PO Boxes and APO addresses that other FedEx shipping options will not deliver to.
Orders over 200 lbs. or larger sized items like commercial flagpoles generally are shipped via motor freight. Faster shipping options are also available. A full list shipping options that includes charges and estimated delivery times is provided during the checkout process.
Shipping Exclusions and Requirements
Hawaii and Alaska by FedEx SmartPost in 10-12 business days. (Faster options may be available.)
APO addresses by FedEx Smartpost or USPS. (An additional charge may apply.)
FedEx orders cannot be delivered to a Post Office box address, with the exception of FedEx SmartPost. We do not ship C.O.D. or freight collect.
U.S. Flag Store reserves the right to increase or decrease final shipping charges depending on product changes, order weight, destination, tax law changes, or carrier rate increases. You also may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes. U.S. Flag Store is not liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to addresses in Canada is available through US Post Office, as well as FedEx. Free shipping is not available to Canada. If you choose the FedEx option, the shipping charges billed to you are to the Canadian border only. You may be billed separately by FedEx for Customs brokerage fees including Canadian taxes for the product purchased.
If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 1-888-WEB-FLAG (1-888-932-3524) between 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. CST. Unfortunately we can't cancel your order once it's shipped and we typically process orders very quickly, which is usually a good thing! Please contact us if you have any questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
If your order has not been shipped we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost. However, "Ship To" address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $15 charge. Please contact customer service at 1-888-WEB-FLAG (1-888-932-3524) and send an email with the address correction requested. Customer service will ask for credit card information to process the $15 address change charge. The $15 charge is a direct cost charged to Allied Products, Inc. for in-transit address corrections.
How Do I Return an Item?
At U.S. Flag Store we stand behind our products and make your personal satisfaction a priority. If a product is defective, or has failed to meet the criteria outlined in our warranty, we will gladly replace the defective product, or issue a refund, at our discretion. NOTE: Items drop shipped at a customers request, that are not in stock at the time of purchase are ineligible for return.
How do I return an unopened item?
U.S. Flag Store will accept the authorized returns of unopened products if notified within 30 days after receipt of your order. To receive authorization, please contact customer service at 1-888-WEB-FLAG (1-888-932-3524), or email us at email@example.com. Credit for returned products will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of product and inspection.
Items that have an availability of “Usually Ships in 3 to 5 Business Days” is an item that is being sourced on a customer’s behalf directly from the manufacturer. These are not items that are normally stocked, but that are made available to customers to order. Special order items such as these will incur a restocking fee of 10%. The restocking fee is a fee charged by our supplier for items that we return and is passed directly onto the customer.
